Please note: Duties and import taxes are not included in your order total. Customers outside the UK will be required to pay these fees directly to their local customs office before delivery can be completed.

Please note: Embroidery takes up to 14 working days to complete.
Your item will be sent to our local embroiderer, usually the same day or the next working day. Please allow up to 14 working days for the embroidery to be completed before your order is dispatched.
Choosing express shipping does not speed up the embroidery process. Express shipping only applies once your order has been completed and is ready to be dispatched.
Please make sure you are happy with this timeframe before adding embroidery to your order.
