Every Rosie Sugden piece begins with a deep respect for the raw fibre. Not all cashmere is created equal: we work exclusively with the finest Grade A cashmere, chosen for its exceptional softness, strength and longevity.

Sourced each spring from cashmere goats in Inner Mongolia, our fibres are gently hand-combed and meticulously graded to meet the highest standards. It’s a process rooted in patience, precision and craftsmanship: the true beginning of luxury.

Softness you can feel.

With a diameter of just 14–16 microns (several times finer than human hair), our fibres create the unmistakable lightness and softness of true luxury cashmere.

Strength that lasts.

We select longer fibres (34–40mm) for durability and resistance to pilling, so your garment holds its shape and feel through time.

Colour, perfected.

Once graded, the raw fibre is dyed in open form: a slower, more considered method that ensures deep, rich colour and a beautifully smooth finish.

Crafting with conscience.

All of our cashmere is certified by the Sustainable Fibre Alliance (SFA), supporting ethical, traceable and environmentally responsible sourcing that protects both animals and herding communities.
