Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your item(s). If not, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the item(s) are unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging within the following timeframes from the date of receipt:

  • United Kingdom: 14 days
  • European Union: 14 days
  • Rest of the World: 28 days

To be eligible for a return, you must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@rosiesugden.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for garments that smell of perfume, smoke or cooking.

Embroidered, personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or there has been an error with your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Embroidered, personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty or supplied incorrectly)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items, unless faulty
  • Any item that has been worn, used or returned in a condition different from that in which it was received

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit our EU Withdrawal form within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will send confirmation of receipt.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised, embroidered or custom-made items, unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
